Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in the quality
and craftsmanship of our home and office decorative items. Please read our
Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the item received is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect item sent

Returns must meet the following conditions:

  • Return request submitted
    within 7 days of receiving the item
  • Item is unused,
    uninstalled, and in its original condition
  • Original packaging,
    accessories, and proof of purchase are included

 

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund
unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

  • Change of mind purchases
  • Clearance, sale, or
    promotional items
  • Custom-made,
    made-to-order, or personalized items
  • Items with natural
    material variations (e.g. hand-finished ceramics, glass, stone, wood),
    where variations are part of the design
  • Items damaged due to
    mishandling, improper use, or wear and tear

 

3. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Email us at shop@artistrydeco.com.sg
within 48 hours of delivery

 

Include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos and/or
    video showing the damage
  • Description of the issue
  • Failure to report within
    this timeframe may affect eligibility for a return or replacement.

 

4. Return Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will provide return
    instructions via email
  • Items must be securely
    packed to prevent damage during return shipping
  • Return shipping costs
    are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective
    / incorrect item)
  • We reserve the right to
    reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions.

 

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be
    processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the
    returned item
  • Refunds will be issued
    to the original payment method
  • Original delivery fees
    are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

 

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct
    exchanges.
  • If eligible, please
    return the item for a refund and place a new order.

 

7. Items Purchased Through Third Parties

Purchases made through third-party platforms or retailers
are subject to their respective return policies. Please contact them directly.

 

8. Fair Use & Discretion

We reserve the right to:

  • Decline excessive or
    suspicious return requests
  • Make final decisions on
    all return and refund matters
