Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We take pride in the quality
and craftsmanship of our home and office decorative items. Please read our
Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the item received is:
- Defective
- Damaged during delivery
- Incorrect item sent
Returns must meet the following conditions:
- Return request submitted
within 7 days of receiving the item - Item is unused,
uninstalled, and in its original condition - Original packaging,
accessories, and proof of purchase are included
2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund
unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
- Change of mind purchases
- Clearance, sale, or
promotional items - Custom-made,
made-to-order, or personalized items - Items with natural
material variations (e.g. hand-finished ceramics, glass, stone, wood),
where variations are part of the design - Items damaged due to
mishandling, improper use, or wear and tear
3. Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

within 48 hours of delivery
Include:
- Order number
- Clear photos and/or
video showing the damage - Description of the issue
- Failure to report within
this timeframe may affect eligibility for a return or replacement.
4. Return Process
Once your return request is approved:
- We will provide return
instructions via email - Items must be securely
packed to prevent damage during return shipping - Return shipping costs
are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective
/ incorrect item) - We reserve the right to
reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
5. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be
processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the
returned item - Refunds will be issued
to the original payment method - Original delivery fees
are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct
exchanges. - If eligible, please
return the item for a refund and place a new order.
7. Items Purchased Through Third Parties
Purchases made through third-party platforms or retailers
are subject to their respective return policies. Please contact them directly.
8. Fair Use & Discretion
We reserve the right to:
- Decline excessive or
suspicious return requests - Make final decisions on
all return and refund matters
